At HomeReady, we want to make your gift-giving experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible. Our Gift Receipt Policy allows customers to give gifts with ease, ensuring the recipient can manage returns and exchanges.

1. Gift Receipt Overview A Gift Receipt is available for all purchases made through HomeReady, enabling the recipient to return or exchange the item without knowing the price paid by the gift giver. The Gift Receipt does not show the price but provides all the necessary information to process a return or exchange.

2. How to Use a Gift Receipt

  • Receiving a Gift: If you receive a gift from HomeReady, the gift giver will include a Gift Receipt with the item. You can use this Gift Receipt for returns or exchanges.
  • Returns: To return a gift, simply present the Gift Receipt along with the item(s) in their original condition (unopened and unused) within the specified return period.
  • Exchanges: You can exchange the gift for another item of equal or greater value, subject to availability. If the exchange item costs more, you will need to pay the difference.

3. Returning Gift Items To return a gift, follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at support@homereadytt.com or +1 (868) 278-8100 with your order details and Gift Receipt information.
  • Return Process: Once we verify the return request, we will guide you through the return process, including return shipping instructions.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase. If the gift was purchased using a gift card or store credit, the refund will be issued as store credit or a new gift card.

4. Exchanges for Gifts

  • Product Availability: If the recipient wishes to exchange an item for another, we will provide exchange options based on availability.
  • Price Differences: If the exchange item is of higher value, the recipient will need to pay the difference. If the exchange item is of lower value, we may offer store credit for the difference.

5. Timeframe for Returns and Exchanges Gift items can be returned or exchanged within our standard return period. Please review our Return and Exchange Policy for specific timeframes and conditions.

6. Gift Cards If the gift is in the form of a HomeReady Gift Card, the recipient can redeem it for any item on the website. Gift Cards are not eligible for return or refund but can be used for future purchases.

7. Damaged or Defective Gifts If the recipient receives a damaged or defective item, they can return it with the Gift Receipt. We will provide a full refund, replacement, or store credit, depending on the situation.

8. Gift Receipt and Packaging The Gift Receipt can be provided as a physical receipt or digital version. If purchasing online, customers can select the gift receipt option at checkout and choose to have it emailed to themselves or the recipient.
