Express Overnight Shipping – $160 TTD
Next-day delivery for orders placed before 2:00 PM (local time).
Available for most locations in Trinidad (limited coverage in Tobago).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
No overnight shipping on Sundays or public holidays.
2. Shipping Eligibility
Items must be marked “Eligible for Overnight Shipping” to qualify.
Oversized or custom items may require additional processing time.
If your area is outside standard coverage, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery option.
3. Delivery & Tracking
Standard Shipping: Orders delivered between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM within the estimated timeframe.
Express Overnight Shipping: Delivery between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM on the next business day.
You will receive a tracking number via email/SMS once the order is shipped.

4. Missed Deliveries & Re-Delivery
If no one is available to receive the package on a confirmed date , re-delivery may incur an additional $25 TTD fee.
If delivery is unsuccessful after two attempts, the order will be canceled, and a restocking fee may apply.
5. Returns & Refunds for Shipping Delays
If we fail to meet the overnight shipping deadline due to delays beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, courier issues), we will refund the shipping fee.
If the delay is due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer, no refund will be issued.
Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once they are dispatched.
